03Account and system integrity
Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and report suspected unauthorized use promptly. Do not share, sell, transfer, or make your account available to another person unless EX MULTIS has authorized that arrangement in writing. Do not probe, test, or interfere with the service or its security controls without written authorization.04Human review remains required
EX MULTIS helps organize a review record; it does not replace qualified judgment. Review outputs, sources, assumptions, and limits before relying on them. Do not use an output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about a person or present it as verified fact when the record does not support that claim.05Institutional and educational responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for authorizing users, choosing appropriate data, reviewing outputs, and complying with applicable student-record, research, accessibility, procurement, and professional obligations. Protected student records must not be submitted without an appropriate institutional agreement.06Content, confidentiality, and provenance
Submit only material you have the right and authority to use. You are responsible for protecting confidential information, honoring privacy and intellectual-property obligations, and preserving any disclosures or provenance information required for your work. Review the
Privacy Policy and
AI Provider Data Practices before submitting sensitive or regulated information.
07Enforcement and reporting
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the public or to comply with law. To report suspected misuse, email
