The standard

01

Use it lawfully.

Respect the law, other people’s rights, and the limits that apply to your work.

02

Keep the system intact.

Protect account access and do not bypass safety, billing, or technical controls.

03

Keep a human accountable.

Review outputs and do not treat them as a final determination about a person.

01

Use the service lawfully

You may not use EX MULTIS to violate law, infringe rights, evade legal restrictions, or facilitate conduct that creates a material risk of harm.
02

Prohibited uses

  • Creating, distributing, or meaningfully facilitating malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, destructive cyber activity, or evasion of security controls.
  • Threatening, exploiting, stalking, defrauding, or harassing people, or creating sexual content involving minors.
  • Submitting content you do not have the right to use, or violating privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or data-protection obligations.
  • Using outputs as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about a person in employment, education, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal services, or access to essential services.
  • Impersonating others, misrepresenting AI-generated material as verified fact, or concealing material provenance where disclosure is required.
  • Attempting to bypass account, rate, preview, billing, safety, or technical restrictions; scraping the service; or interfering with its availability.
  • Using the service for weapons development, targeted physical harm, or instructions that materially enable serious wrongdoing.
03

Account and system integrity

Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and report suspected unauthorized use promptly. Do not share, sell, transfer, or make your account available to another person unless EX MULTIS has authorized that arrangement in writing. Do not probe, test, or interfere with the service or its security controls without written authorization.
04

Human review remains required

EX MULTIS helps organize a review record; it does not replace qualified judgment. Review outputs, sources, assumptions, and limits before relying on them. Do not use an output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about a person or present it as verified fact when the record does not support that claim.
05

Institutional and educational responsibilities

Organizations are responsible for authorizing users, choosing appropriate data, reviewing outputs, and complying with applicable student-record, research, accessibility, procurement, and professional obligations. Protected student records must not be submitted without an appropriate institutional agreement.
06

Content, confidentiality, and provenance

Submit only material you have the right and authority to use. You are responsible for protecting confidential information, honoring privacy and intellectual-property obligations, and preserving any disclosures or provenance information required for your work. Review the Privacy Policy and AI Provider Data Practices before submitting sensitive or regulated information.
07

Enforcement and reporting

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the public or to comply with law. To report suspected misuse, email support@exmultis.com.
