Who operates EX MULTIS
EX MULTIS is owned and operated by EGON HOLDINGS LLC (“EX MULTIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions and privacy requests may be sent to support@exmultis.com.
Information we handle
- Account information: email address, authentication records, account preferences, and subscription or entitlement status.
- User content: questions, instructions, project materials, uploaded files, model responses, annotations, and saved decisions.
- Usage and technical information: device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic events, feature use, and security logs.
- Communications: information you provide in support, security, or institutional inquiries.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, route requests to selected AI providers, preserve project and review history, operate subscriptions, respond to support requests, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal information.
AI providers and service providers
When you use a model or board workflow, the content needed to answer your request may be sent to the selected AI provider. EX MULTIS also relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file processing, analytics, and payment or operational support. Their handling of data is governed by our agreements with them and, where applicable, their own terms and privacy notices.
Do not submit secrets, regulated records, or sensitive personal information unless your organization has approved the service and an appropriate written agreement is in place.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information, user content, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal, or backup purposes.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected vulnerabilities to support@exmultis.com.
Children and educational use
EX MULTIS is not directed to children under 13. Schools and universities must use the service only with appropriate authority and institutional safeguards. Student education records or other protected data should not be submitted unless a written institutional agreement addressing those records is in effect.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send a request from the email associated with your account to support@exmultis.com. We may need to verify your identity.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service develops. We will post the revised policy here and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
