Agreement and operator
EX MULTIS is owned and operated by EGON HOLDINGS LLC (“EX MULTIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use EX MULTIS for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Private preview
EX MULTIS is currently a private-preview service. Features, model availability, limits, prices, and workflows may change. We may restrict or discontinue preview access, but we will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.
Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may use the service only as permitted by law, these Terms, and the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to submit the content.
AI outputs and human judgment
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate material. EX MULTIS organizes independent model work and makes review evidence visible, but it does not guarantee correctness. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, education, or other high-impact decisions. The service does not provide professional advice.
Third-party services
The service may connect to third-party AI providers, data sources, or infrastructure. Availability and outputs may depend on those providers. Their services may be subject to additional terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
EX MULTIS intellectual property
The service, software, design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by EGON HOLDINGS LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment, investigate misuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may contact us about account deletion.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the private preview is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, EGON HOLDINGS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
